Destabilising MVA Government

The Polit Bureau of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) has issued the
following statement:

The Polit Bureau of the CPI(M) strongly condemns the manner in which MLAs
belonging to the Shiv Sena have been spirited away to Surat and then to
Guwahati, both BJP-ruled states.  This has been done by the BJP utilising
the State machinery in both states.  The Central agencies have also been
utilised to target ministers and legislators of the Maha Vikas Aghadi
government with the aim of destabilising the government.

The Maharashtra Experience

Aim of Agrarian Revolution

The Party Programme of the CPI(M) characterises the present stage of the Indian Revolution as the People’s Democratic stage. The three main tasks set by it are anti-imperialist, anti-monopoly capital and anti-feudal. The agrarian revolution is considered as the axis of the People’s Democratic Revolution. Explaining this, the Party Programme says in Para 3.15:

P B Communique

The Polit Bureau discussed the draft political-organisational report to be presented to the 22nd Party Congress to be held at Hyderabad from April 18 to 22, 2018. This will now be put before the Central Committee at its forthcoming meeting from March 28 to 30, 2018 and after its adoption will be placed before the Congress.

Maharashtra CM Facilitating Extortion

The Polit Bureau of the CPI(M) strongly condemns the role of the Maharashtra Chief Minister who instead of upholding the rule of the law to stop those threatening film makers has actually facilitated extortion of a reported sum of Rs. 5 crore invoking the armed forces. This is a gross insult to the courage, valour and the role being played by the armed forces in defence of India.
