Letter of Prakash Karat

 Dear Shri Manmohan Singhji,

I thank you for the invitation to attend the meeting of the UPA Coordination Committee to release the report on “A Caring Government – One Year of UPA”, followed by dinner.

On the occasion of the completion of one year of the UPA government, I wish you all success in the coming period for the implementation of the National Common Minimum Programme and meeting the aspirations of the common people.
