The 23rd CPI(M) Gujarat state conference concluded at Ahmedabad today with election of a 30 member state committee including 7 women, 3 invitees and 2 special invitees – 82 year old Pragjibhai Bhambhi and 92 year old Babubhai Sheth. The state committee met and unanimously elected Comrade Hitendra Bhatt as the new state secretary.
